Shipping policy
We ship all over the world, except Russia, Ukraine (due to current events and not being able to safely guarantee the delivery of our product) and Transylvania. Discrete shipping, plain brown box, with sealed bag inside.
If orders are incorrect upon receiving, they may be returned or replaced but only if the order is still in the sealed plastic bag they are shipped with. We cannot accept returns on an item once it has been removed from the sealed plastic bag they are shipped in.
If a customer inputs the wrong shipping address when placing an order, it may be updated at any point up until it ships out at the customer's request. If a package is returned to us due to customer's error the customer is responsible for payment of new shipping charges.
